Questions patients ask us

Is my dental insurance accepted?
Most likely. We work with more than 30 plans, including Delta Dental, MetLife and EMI Health. Give us your plan name and member ID and we will confirm your coverage. Every plan is listed under insurance and payment.
Can my kids come here too?
Absolutely. Our patients range from young kids to grandparents, so one office can cover everyone at home.
I have a toothache or a broken tooth. What now?
Call (385) 396-5839 right away and describe what happened. For swelling that spreads toward your eye or neck, a high fever, or trouble breathing or swallowing, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Our emergency care page covers first aid until you get here.
When is the office open?
Monday and Wednesday 8 am to 5 pm, Tuesday 7 am to 4 pm and Thursday 10 am to 7 pm. We are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
How do I find the office?

What should I have with me on day one?
Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of your current medicines. Plan to arrive about 15 minutes early. Our new patient guide walks through the visit.
